Unit Maintenance
Prior to any significant work or maintenance to the
interior or exterior of your unit at the Wittington,
owners must a Contractor Rules &
Regulations form. The Board of Directors reviews
all applications, plans, specifications, materials and
samples submitted to determine compliance with the standards
and policy set forth in the association documents.
Work should not commence until final approval is received.
Contractors and vendors must be scheduled for building access. Please call the management office at 954-946-7578.
